QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS) POLICY

The continuing policy of Icon International Pty Ltd. is to source, provide and distribute high quality and ethical pharmaceutical and medical products to both Australia and International markets. This policy also covers additional functions such as sales, marketing and distribution, importation and exportation of over-the-counter products, food supplements and complimentary medicines, medical devices and consumables, medical equipment, dermaceuticals and cosmetics which fall within our purview and adhere to our quality and sustainability standards.

ICON International strives to conduct business in a manner which embodies professionalism, efficacy and respect and to also ensure stakeholder/customer satisfaction by adhering to and mainstreaming all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

This achievement will result in securing efficiency, a strong customer focus and enhancement of long-term sustainability and profitability within the organisation. ICON will also incorporate regular training opportunities for staff members, employment equity, technology utilization, healthy and safe workplaces and continual review of all our quality and environmental systems in accordance with the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.

ICON’s leadership team will demonstrate at all times fair leadership and commitment and undertake the responsibility for establishing, implementing, integrating and maintaining the quality management system in a commitment to satisfy the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.

We undertake to ensure sufficient resources are made available to achieve this and ensure through communication, engagement, practical example and training that quality is the aim of all members of the organisation. 2 Through direction and support, each employee will have a proper understanding of the importance of the quality management system, their responsibility in contributing to its effectiveness and its direct relevance to the success of the organisation. This commitment also extends to our relevant stakeholders.

Equally every employee is responsible for and will be trained to perform the duties required by their specific role within the organisation.

The organisation has a policy of promoting continual improvement and setting of quality objectives in line with the framework laid down within the ISO 9001:2015 standard. These objectives will address the risks and opportunities within the organisation as determined by top management.

We hereby certify that the quality policy, quality management system manual and operating procedures manual accurately describes the quality management system in use within the organisation to meet the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.

The quality management system will be monitored, measured, evaluated, and enhanced regularly under top management responsibility, with regular reporting and communication of the status and effectiveness at all levels.
